Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp chives
- 250 g cooked chickpeas (cup)
- 1 tsp umeboshi paste (= Japanese salt-pickled plum paste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white tahina (= sesame seed paste)
- pinch paprika powder
- pinch cumin
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch seasoning salt
Preparation
- Peel and dice the garlic finely.
- Dice the chives finely.
- Mix the chickpeas, the umeboshi paste, sesame oil and garlic in the Xpower chopper.
- If the hummus is too dry, add a small amount of chickpea liquid.
- Add the white tahina and the spices with the seasoning salt to the hummus and mix well.
