Payment is always made via an SSL-secured server, which means your bank and personal information is encrypted and safe.
If your payment has been refused or has not been processed, this may be due to a technical problem with us or due to a problem with your bank. Refer to the instructions in the error message on your screen.
If the problem is related to the chosen payment method, please check whether:
- you have entered the correct card details,
- online payments are allowed with your card,
- your card issuer has declined the payment,
- your balance is sufficient.
Only one payment will be accepted for each confirmed order. Check your inbox to make sure you haven’t received the order confirmation e-mail more than once.
Also check the amount due has not been deducted more than once. If this is the case, please send proof of payment to our customer service via the contact form under “order”.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. Can’t find it and want to review it again? Please contact our customer service. They can send a copy of the invoice to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order, or to another e-mail address in case there was an error.
