How do I return an article?

You can return an article free of charge. Fill in the contact form and state “return” as the reason.
Our customer service will inform you about the steps you need to take to return your package correctly. 

I am not happy with my order. What do I do?

If you are not satisfied with your received product, or you have ordered the wrong item, you can return the item free of charge within a period of 14 days after purchase. 

Please contact our customer service for this. You will receive a return label and all the information you need to return your package correctly. 

My order has arrived damaged. What do I do now?

We will find a solution for you. Fill in the contact form and state “return” as the reason.  
Be sure to add some photos of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible. 

I received something different from what I ordered. What do I do?

We have clearly made an unintentional error. Fill in the contact form and state “return” as the reason. Then choose “Wrong item received”.
Our customer service will get to work to ensure the correct item is sent to you.
