How do I place an order?
  1. Have you found a product you would like to order? Place the product in your digital shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. 
  2. Have you finished shopping and are you already logged in? You can simply continue with your order. And if you’re not logged in? You have three options: 
    1. You can log in to your DOMO e-shop account. 
    2. You can create a new account and follow the requested steps.
    3. You can continue as a guest and fill in the requested information. 
  3. We will decide the best shipping method (DPD, Bpost, UPS, etc.) depending on your purchase. You cannot currently choose this yourself. 
  4. Select the desired payment method, confirm your purchase and pay for your order. 
  5. You’ll receive confirmation of your order via e-mail. 
  6. We will then get started with your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via e-mail. 

It is not possible to place an order on the telephone

How do I place a business order?

Create an account and state that you are a business customer. Provide the requested information such as billing address, delivery address and VAT number. 
Please note that you will have to create a second account for your professional orders, even if you already have a private account. 

Are you a foreign customer and would you like to create a business account? That’s perfectly fine. Just follow the steps above.

Please note! We cannot correct the invoice afterwards. It is therefore important that you provide us with a valid VAT number in your business account so you can make online purchases as a professional customer. 

What are the shipping costs?

DOMO will pay the shipping costs for orders valued at €25.00 and higher that are scheduled for delivery in Belgium.
You will pay €4.99 shipping costs for orders under €25.00. 

DOMO will pay the shipping costs for orders valued at €40.00 and higher for orders scheduled for delivery in the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany.
You will pay €8.99 shipping costs for orders under €40.00. 

Please note that these prices are always subject to change. The rate in force at the time of placing an order always applies. The shipping costs are always clearly stated during the ordering process and before you confirm the order. 

Note: DOMO only delivers to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany. 

I have placed an order, but I want to change my order (or address details). Is that possible?

Once we have received your order, an automatic process is initiated and you can no longer change your order yourself. Do you still need to make an urgent change? Contact our customer service as soon as possible on +32 (0)14 21 71 91. 

Can I reorder parts or extra accessories for my DOMO appliance?

Yes. We offer many parts and accessories for both our current and older appliances, which means you will be able to enjoy your appliance for as long as possible. Visit the “accessories and parts” page to search for the part or accessory for your product.
