Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1 green or red chili pepper
- 1 shallot
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tomato
- pepper and salt
Preparation
- Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit and peel.
- Cut the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
- Peel and chop the shallot and garlic clove coarsely.
- Blend the avocado with the chilli pepper, shallot, garlic clove, olive oil and the lime juice into a creamy mixture.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes and mix it into the avocado mixture.
- Season with pepper and salt.
