Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients 

  • 1 tin (125 g) mackerel
  • 1 tin (125 g) sardines
  • 1 tin (75 g) anchovies
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 200 g cooked chickpeas (cup)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 handful parsley
    several capers

Preparation 

  1. With the exception of the capers, mix all ingredients into a creamy paste.
  2. Then mix in the capers.
