Waffle: sweet and healthy

Time: 40 minutes


Ingredients

  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 250 g cream cheese (0% fat)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g sugar
  • one half of an apple

Preparation

  1. Grind the oatmeal into a powder.
  2. Then mix all of the ingredients (except the apple) into a smooth mix.
  3. Grate half an apple and stir it into the batter.
  4. Now you can make the waffles.
