Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 stalks of celery
- 600 g tomatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 1.5 Tbsp vegetable broth
- 750 ml water
Preparation
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in the soup maker.
- Add the stock and water.
- Select the ‘Smooth’ program.
