Sweet potato crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into equally thick, wafer-thin slices. Using a mandoline is recommended.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the slices on the food dehydrator’s trays. Make sure that they don’t overlap.
