Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- ½ ball of fresh mozzarella
- 3 slices prosciutto crudo (raw ham)
Garnish:
- Rocket
- Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Preheat the DOMO pizza oven.
- Cover the pizza base with pizza sauce.
- Drain the mozzarella well. Tear the mozzarella ball into pieces and spread them over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza for 2 to 6 minutes.
- When the pizza is done, top it with the prosciutto. If desired, add some rocket and Parmesan cheese.
