Ingredients
- 700 g tomato purée
- 400 g peeled tomatoes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix with an immersion blender if necessary.
Tip: You can freeze both the dough and the sauce.
