Ingredients
- 2 cups very strong coffee (or 2 tablespoons instant coffee)
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 2 egg yolks
- 150g sugar
- 2 dl cream
- 3 dl milk
Preparation
- Make ice cream according to the description “ice cream cold preparation”.
- At the end of the mixture add the cacao and the coffee.
- Mix everything thoroughly and add it in the ice cream maker.
- Time : +/- 60 min
