Ingredients
- 400g fruit of choice
- egg white of 1 egg
- 100g sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl cream
Preparation
- Mix the fruit, sugar and cream.
- When everything is properly mixed, add the milk, the battered egg white and to your liking a bit of lemon juice.
- Add the mixture to the ice cream maker.
- Time: +/- 60 min
