Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g yogurt
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Chop the shallot.
- Open the avocado, remove the pit and slice into pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Tip: great with chicken, pasta or as a dip for raw veggies.
