Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200g flour
- 4 dl milk
- 1 small pack vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Preparation
- Take a small quantity of milk and add it to the cocoa, and then mix until a smooth liquid is formed.
- Beat the eggs and then mix them with the flour.
- Add the rest of the milk and the vanilla sugar.
- Mix it all until a smooth mix is realised.
- Now add the cocoa mix to the rest of the mix.
- Bake the pancakes on the pancake-maker. Make sure that they are not over-baked – this causes the cocoa to become bitter.
- Serve with powdered sugar, honey, chocolate or ice cream.
