Ingredients
- 250g flour
- ½ litre milk
- 4 eggs
- Small pack vanilla sugar
- 2 apples
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
- Remove the core from the apples.
- Bake them lightly on the pancakemaker.
- In the meantime, make the dough for the pancakes using flour, milk, sugar and eggs.
- Pour the mix over the apples and bake the pancake until both sides are golden brown.
- Finish off with a little powdered sugar.
