Croque with bacon, goat’s cheese and figs

4 slices long Waldkorn bread
2 tbsp goat’s cheese
4 slices smoked bacon
2 dried figs
1 tsp honey

Arrange the goat’s cheese on two slices of bread and top with the smoked bacon. Cut the figs lengthways through the middle and arrange them on top of the bacon. Dribble the honey over. Top with the two other slices of bread and bake the croques.
