Wild rice-polenta bread

Time: 210 minutes

Setting DOMO Bread maker:

  • Program: WHOLE WHEAT

Ingredients 

  • 260 ml water
  • 1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1+1/2 tsp salt
  • 1+3/4 tbsp cane sugar
  • 360 g wheat flour
  • 47 g wholemeal wheat flour
  • 1 tsp grain yeast
  • 47 g polenta
  • 47 g wild rice

Preparation 

  1. Cook the wild rice in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Allow to drain well.
  3. Place the ingredients – apart from the wild rice - in the baking tray and bake the bread using the WHOLE WHEAT program.
  4. Add wild rice after the beep.
