Ingredients
- 260 ml water
- 1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
- 1+1/2 tsp salt
- 1+3/4 tbsp cane sugar
- 360 g wheat flour
- 47 g wholemeal wheat flour
- 1 tsp grain yeast
- 47 g polenta
- 47 g wild rice
Preparation
- Cook the wild rice in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
- Allow to drain well.
- Place the ingredients – apart from the wild rice - in the baking tray and bake the bread using the WHOLE WHEAT program.
- Add wild rice after the beep.
