To provide us with your unique Cera associate number, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the homepage and click on “Account” in the upper right.
- A login screen will open and you will be presented with two possible scenarios:

Either you already have an account on this website (Registered customers)

Or you are a new customer and have yet to create an account on this website (New customers)

1. If you already have an account on this website, follow these steps:

Log in with your email address and password to automatically see all your account details.

In the left-hand (grey) column, choose the “Account Details” tab, under which you can tick that you are a Cera partner and then enter your partner number.

Finally, don’t forget to click the “save” button. Your associate number will be checked at this point:

If you enter the correct associate number, it will be automatically processed in our system and you will be able to see the Cera prices immediately.

If you enter the wrong number or we have not yet been able to process it, you will receive an error message about this. In that case, please try again later. We receive new member numbers every month, so there is a chance you may not be able to log in immediately after becoming a customer. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.

2. If you do not have an account on this website, follow these steps:

Click on “create account”.

A screen will then open in which you have to fill in some details so we can create your account.

Here, you can tick the “Cera associate” box and then enter your associate number.
