Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the airfryer to 200 °C.
- Unroll the pastry and place the smoked salmon on it.
- Season the salmon with a pinch of pepper.
- Cut into slices of approx. 4 x 10 cm.
- Roll both sides of the slices toward the centre.
- Brush the butterflies with the beaten egg yolk.
- Bake the butterflies at 180 °C for 12 to 15 minutes.
