Nachos with guacamole

Ingredients

  • 200 g nachos
  • 1 paprika
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100 g kidney beans
  • 100 g grated cheddar cheese

GUACAMOLE

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 shallot
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tomato
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Nachos

  1. Dice the paprika and onion.
  2. Line the bottom baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Spread the nachos on the baking paper.
  4. Sprinkle the paprika, onion and beans over the nachos.
  5. Finish with the grated cheese. Close the lid and allow to bake for +/- 10 min.

Guacamole

  1. Cut the avocado lengthwise, removing the pit and peel.
  2. Cut the chilli pepper open and remove the seeds.
  3. Peel and chop the shallot and garlic into coarse bits.
  4. Mix the avocado with the chilli pepper, shallot, garlic, olive oil and lime juice into a creamy mixture.
  5. Cut the tomato into small cubes and mix them into the avocado mixture. Add pepper and salt to taste.
