Ingredients
- 2 slices round quinoa bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 1red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp finely chopped chives
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
Preparation
- Spread the cream cheese on a slice of bread.
- Arrange the smoked salmon, red onion, chives and the avocado on top.
- Top with the other slice of bread and bake the croque in the croque machine.
