DOMO Air fryers score highly in Test-Aankoop results!

Test-Aankoop has just published the results of a large-scale survey on the reliability of kitchen appliance brands. Surveys of both the most reliable brands of air fryers and microwave ovens have DOMO topping the list!

When buying a Deli-fryer, you want to enjoy it for as long as possible without worrying about malfunctions and problems. As such, it is important to choose an appliance from a reliable brand. A Deli-fryer from a reliable brand helps you avoid faults and issues. To find out which brands are the most reliable, Test-Aankoop surveyed around 40,000 users, and this is where DOMO scores particularly well! DOMO, as well as Philips, achieved the highest scores for reliability. Our Deli-fryers are categorised as ‘very good’, giving them the best possible rating.

Test-Aankoop gathered a total of 39,776 consumer responses to find out how satisfied these consumers are about their appliances, how often they experience issues, and what these issues mainly relate to. The results of the survey were converted into indexed figures on a scale of 100:

• The reliability index shows the reliability of a brand on a scale of 1 to 100. The more reports of issues, and the more serious these were, the lower the score. The index takes into account the age and use of the appliance.

• The satisfaction index is the general score out of 100 that users have given the particular brand.
