Pancakes topped with fresh fruit for Easter

Ingredients

Pancakes:

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk 
  • 4 eggs
  • Pouch of vanilla sugar 

Toppings: 

  • Banana
  • Strawberries 
  • Blueberries

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and beat with a whisk.
  2. Lightly grease the griddle.
  3. Use a ladle to pour the batter onto the griddle to make six pancakes. 
  4. When the batter is no longer liquid or moist or when the edges start to become crispy, you can flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side.
  5. Top with sliced banana, strawberries and blueberries.
