Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- Pouch of vanilla sugar
Toppings:
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and beat with a whisk.
- Lightly grease the griddle.
- Use a ladle to pour the batter onto the griddle to make six pancakes.
- When the batter is no longer liquid or moist or when the edges start to become crispy, you can flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side.
- Top with sliced banana, strawberries and blueberries.
