Waffle: soft and creamy
500 g self-rising flour
375 g butter
300 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla OR 1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 coffee cup of milk
- Beat the eggs with the sugar (including the vanilla).
- Then add the flour and the milk to this mixture.
- Finally, add the melted butter to the batter.
- The batter is now ready to be made into waffles.
