Tomato-carrot soup

1 clove of garlic
2 stalks of celery
600 g tomatoes
200 g carrots
1.5 Tbsp vegetable broth
750 ml water
  1. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in the soup maker.
  2. Add the curry paste, stock and water.
  3. Select the ‘Smooth’ programme.
