Summer shrimp

Summer shrimp

2 garlic cloves
2 red peppers
a dash of olive oil
4 jumbo shrimp
juice of ½ lemon
1 handful parsley
1 handfull dill
pinch of sea salt
  1. Remove the seeds from the red peppers and mince the peppers together with the peeled garlic. Heat a pan with a dash of olive oil and fry up the red peppers and garlic.
  2. Add the jumbo shrimp to the pan and allow them to cook for 5 minutes until they turn orange in colour.
  3. Squeeze half a lemon above the fried jumbo shrimp and season with the chopped parsley, dill, and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Serve hot with vegetables
