Pumpkin soup

375 g pumpkin
1 clove of garlic
1.5 sweet potato
dash of olive oil
ginger (2 cm x 2 cm)
chili pepper as desired
1.5 Tbsp vegetable broth
750 ml water
  1. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in the soup maker.
  2. Add the curry paste, stock and water.
  3. Select the ‘Smooth’ programme.
