Pineapple-mint-lime drink with cocos-lemon bliss balls

PINEAPPLE-MINT-LIME

Mint
Lime
COCOS-LEMON BLISS BALLS
40 g powdered almond
120 g powdered coconut + extra
3 tbsp honey
1 lemon, the juice and the zest
½ tsp vanilla-extract

Preparation pineapple-mint-lime

Cut the pineapple in pieces and the lime into slices before adding them to the infuser. Add the mint in the infuser. You can vary the amounts of ingredients to personal taste. The more fruit, vegetables or spices you add to the infuser, the more intense the flavour. The longer you leave the ingredients in the water, the more intense the flavour.

 

Preparation cocos-lemon bliss balls

Mix all of the ingredients in the Xpower chopper. Make balls of the mixture and roll them through the cocos. Cover the pralines with cling film and refrigerate them for one hour.
