400 g peas (frozen)
1 vegetable stock cube
1 l water
salt and pepper
optional: some mint leaves
- Clean the onion, leek and courgette and cut into chunks.
- Place all ingredients in the soup maker, add the water and the vegetable stock cube.
- Select the ‘Extra smooth’ programme.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- For a fresh twist, mix a few mint leaves into the soup using the ‘Blend' programme.
