Pea soup

400 g peas (frozen)
1 vegetable stock cube
1 l water
1 leek
1/2 courgette
1 onion
salt and pepper
optional: some mint leaves
  1. Clean the onion, leek and courgette and cut into chunks.
  2. Place all ingredients in the soup maker, add the water and the vegetable stock cube.
  3. Select the ‘Extra smooth’ programme.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. For a fresh twist, mix a few mint leaves into the soup using the ‘Blend' programme.
