Pea soup

1 white of leek
600 g peas
2 tbsp vegetable broth
900 ml water
dash of olive oil
a few sprigs of mint
seasoning salt
  1. Chop the leek into bite-sized pieces and place them in the soup maker with the peas.
  2. Add the olive oil, stock and water.
  3. Select the ‘Smooth’ programme.
  4. Mix a few sprigs of fresh mint into the fresh soup using the ‘blend’ function.
  5. Serve with seasoning salt.
