Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1/2 l milk
- sachet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients and beat with a whisk.
- Lightly grease the bottom baking sheet.
- Pour a ladle of mixture on the baking sheet. Leave the lid open.
- As soon as the top of the mixture becomes dry, or if the edges begin to get crispy, you can flip the pancake and bake the other side briefly.
