New Wave scorzonera

1 package of scorzonera
500 g mushrooms
200 g snow peas
2 tbsp. shallots
2 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
  1. Scrub the scorzonera clean.
  2. Dice the scorzonera and mushrooms and the slice the snow peas into thin slices.
  3. Peel and mince the shallot and garlic.
  4. Fry the shallot and garlic in olive oil, add the scorzonera and allow to cook. 
  5. Add the mushrooms and peas to the scorzonera and season with enough salt and pepper.
