Moment waffles

300 g self-rising flour
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
100 g (melted) butter
75 g sugar
250 ml milk

Mix the melted butter with the sugar and a pinch of salt. 

Add the eggs and half of the milk. Add the flour and the rest of the milk until you get an even dough.

Tip: Serve with fresh fruit.
