Ice cream

Ice cream (warm preparation)

3 ½ dl milk
150g sugar
2 dl cream
3 egg yolks
dash of salt
  1. Mix the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer to a creamy substance.
  2. Add the cream and milk and heat the mixture up to boiling point, but don’t let it boil.
  3. When the foam becomes firm, there will be a yellow cream on top.
  4. Take the mixture of the fire and let it cool down.
  5. Add the mixture in the ice cream maker.
  6. Time: +/- 30 min
