2 chicken breasts
30 ml honey
30 ml Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. sweet mustard (optional)
- Preheat the fryer to 200°C.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Fry the chicken at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Add the honey and mustard to a bowl and whisk together well.
- Remove the chicken from the fryer and brush it with the honey-mustard mixture while the chicken is still hot.
- Serve with a fresh salad or in a wrap.
