- Make the pancake dough using the flour, milk and eggs.
- Let it sit for a while.
- Make the filling for the pancakes.
- Make a béchamel sauce.
- Boil the milk and then add the butter and nutmeg.
- Add the cheese until a light and airy sauce has been realised.
- Now add the blocks of cooked ham.
- Bake the pancakes until the dough finishes.
- Fill the pancakes with the sauce and then fold them.
