Hearty pancakes

250g flour
½ litre milk
4 eggs
FILLING:
milk
butter
hard cheese, type emmental
cooked ham
nutmeg
  1. Make the pancake dough using the flour, milk and eggs.
  2. Let it sit for a while.
  3. Make the filling for the pancakes.
  4. Make a béchamel sauce.
  5. Boil the milk and then add the butter and nutmeg.
  6. Add the cheese until a light and airy sauce has been realised.
  7. Now add the blocks of cooked ham.
  8. Bake the pancakes until the dough finishes.
  9. Fill the pancakes with the sauce and then fold them.
