Haloumi salad

Haloumi salad

2 carrots
1 cucumber
good amount of rocket
1 red pepper
1 packet of haloumi cheese
olive oil
white balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
fresh mint
fresh coriander
fresh chives
  1. Peel the carrots and make noodles together with the cucumber using the My Vegetable. Put these vegetable noodles in a bowl and add the rocket.
  2. Take a large quantity of the fresh herbs and chop them finely. Add them to the salad bowl.
  3. Mix the dressing: 1/3 balsamic vinegar and 2/3 olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper. Slowly add the dressing to the salad and make sure to mix everything thoroughly. Do not use too much dressing, otherwise the salad might get soggy.
  4. Cut the red pepper into elongated pieces and grill them.
  5. After that, grill the haloumi.
  6. Put some of the salad on a plate and finish with the grilled paprika and haloumi.
