Fruit leather forest fruit

200 g forest fruit

Mix the fruit into a smooth purée. Pour this mixture onto the plastic tray. Take the fruit leather off the tray while still warm and roll it up. Cut into strips. It’s delicious with ice cream and other desserts, or as a sweet on-the-go roll-up snack.

Temperature: 60°C - Time: 5 hours

Tip: fruit leathers can be made from all kinds of fruit, such as strawberries, applesauce, blueberries, banana, mango, kiwi, pear, etc. You could even experiment by mixing several different types of fruit. Feel free to add a touch of sugar or honey, but keep in mind that it’s usually not necessary. Drying concentrates the natural sweetness of the fruit.
