Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 100 g ham (diced)
- 100 g soft goat’s cheese
- 1 lightly beaten egg
Preparation
- Use a glass or bakery cutter to prick circles out of the pastry.
- Top them with the goat’s cheese and diced ham.
- Coat the sides with lightly beaten egg and fold together.
- Use a fork to push the sides together.
- Coat the top with lightly beaten egg.
- Cook the empannadillas for 10 minutes at 180°C in the fryer.
