Empannadillas with cheese and ham

Time: 20-30 minutes


Ingredients 

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 100 g ham (diced)
  • 100 g soft goat’s cheese
  • 1 lightly beaten egg

Preparation 

  1. Use a glass or bakery cutter to prick circles out of the pastry.
  2. Top them with the goat’s cheese and diced ham.
  3. Coat the sides with lightly beaten egg and fold together.
  4. Use a fork to push the sides together.
  5. Coat the top with lightly beaten egg.
  6. Cook the empannadillas for 10 minutes at 180°C in the fryer.
