Ingredients
- 190 g carrots
- 190 g parsnip
- 225 g pumpkin
- 1.5 tsp Thai red curry paste
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable broth
- 900 ml water
- coconut milk to taste
Preparation
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in the soup maker.
- Add the curry paste, stock and water, and coconut milk to taste.
- Select the ‘Smooth’ programme.
