Croque with salmon and red pesto

4 slices toast bread
2 tbsp. red pesto
1 ball mozzarella
4 slices smoked salmon

Spread the red pesto over two slices of toast bread and top with slices of mozzarella and smoked salmon. Cover with the other two slices of bread and bake the croques in the croque machine until the mozzarella has melted.
