Ingredients
- 4 slices long Waldkorn bread
- 2 slices raclette cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- gherkins and pearl onions
Preparation
- Cook the bacon until crispy.
- Top two slices of Walkorn bread with the raclette cheese and the bacon.
- Cover with the other two slices of bread and bake in the croque machine until the cheese has melted.
- Top it off with pearl onions and gherkins.
