Cherry tomato soup

700 g red or coloured cherry tomatoes
1.5 tbsp vegetable broth
700 ml water
fresh or dried basil as garnish
  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the soup maker.
  2. Add the stock and water.
  3. Select the ‘Smooth’ programme.
  4. Garnish the soup with a few fresh basil leaves.
