Bread: walnuts-buckwheat (700 g)

270 ml water
1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
1+1/2 tsp salt
1+3/4 tbsp cane sugar
395 g flour
70 g buckwheat
1 tsp grain yeast
47 g walnuts

Chop the walnuts up fine. Place the ingredients – apart from the chopped walnuts - in the baking tray and bake the bread using the BASIC program. Add the chopped walnuts after the beep.
