- Program: DOUGH
Ingredients
- 260 ml water
- 2+3/4 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1+1/2 tbsp sugar
- 457 g white flour
- 2+1/3 tsp grain yeast
OR 14 g fresh yeast
Preparation

Place the ingredients in the baking tray and knead the dough using the DOUGH program.

Then take the dough out of the machine and divide it into 12 pellets.

Place on a lightly oiled baking dish, and allow to rise for around 40 minutes at 40°C.

Then spread the beaten egg over the buns.

Sprinkle with poppy seed, sesame seed, almond flakes, pumpkin pips, etc, and bake the buns in the oven at 200°C.

Tip: You can add all kinds of ingredients to the dough for extra variety, e.g. nuts, raisins, dried fruit, etc.
