Bread: muesli-dates (700 g)

245 ml water
1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
1+1/2 tsp salt
2+3/4 tbsp milk powder (skimmed)
280 g wheat flour
70 g wholemeal wheat flour
1+1/2 tsp grain yeast
140 g non-sweetened fruits-nuts muesli
60 g dates

Unpip the dates and chop up fine. Place the ingredients – apart from the muesli and dates - in the baking tray and bake the bread using the BASIC program. Add the muesli and the chopped dates after the beep. 

Good to know: dates contain minerals, fibre and silicon, which are good for the hair, bones, joints and brain. They can also be considered as preventive medicine, especially for the eyesight and digestion.
