Bread: dark cocoa (700 g)

300 ml water
1+3/4 tbsp olive oil
1+1/2 tsp salt
2+1/3 tbsp cane sugar
130 g ryemeal
80 g wholemeal wheat flour
234 g wheat flour
1 tsp grain yeast
23 g breadcrumbs
1+1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

Place the ingredients in the baking tray and bake the bread using the FRENCH program. Use genuine pure cocoa powder, not a derived product. 

Good to know: Cocoa is a genuine source of anti-oxydants, magnesium and iron, giving it beneficial effects on blood pressure and blood circulation. What’s more: cocoa makes you happy!
