Ingredients
- 50 g Brazil nuts
- 100 g dried apricots
- 3 - 4 tbsp powdered coconut
- ½ cup ground Brazil nuts for garnishing
Preparation
- Grind the Brazil nuts in the Xpower chopper.
- Then add the dried apricots and the coconut. Mix into a firm mixture.
- Make balls of the mixture, rolling them in the ground Brazil nuts.
- Place in refrigerator and serve as pralines.
