Apple pancakes

250g flour
½ litre milk
4 eggs
Small pack vanilla sugar
2 apples
Powdered sugar
  1. Remove the core from the apples.
  2. Bake them lightly on the pancakemaker.
  3. In the meantime, make the dough for the pancakes using fl our, milk, sugar and eggs.
  4. Pour the mix over the apples and bake the pancake until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Finish off with a little powdered sugar.
